This February 14th, Hélène Darroze at The Connaught are serving a bespoke seven-course tasting menu showcasing Hélène’s personal passion for seasonal quality ingredients. Paired with a delicate glass of Billecart-Salmon Rosé to welcome loved ones on this special day.
Featuring dishes such as Pigeon Pithivier from Britany and John Dory from Cornwall, each course showcases the producers and chefs love of the craft. This unique menu is available for lunch and dinner on the 14th of February only, and set at £415 per person.
